Omnichannel Project Coordinator

Temporary day rate contract – 8 months
Location: Central London, United Kingdom
3 days per week in the office or UK store visits
Purpose of the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join the Omnichannel department of a global fashion brand and support the integration of online and offline retail operations. This role is key to supporting the continued growth of our European business.
The Omnichannel department aims to enhance the shopping experience by putting the customer at the heart of the retail journey, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and capturing data to drive improvements.
You will be assisting in the development, execution, and implementation of several Omnichannel projects, ensuring they align with global standards. Initially, the focus will be on a key mobile application but will evolve based on skills, interest, and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the expansion of the Omnichannel business through all available shopping channels, including digital, e-commerce, physical stores, and mobile.
* Report on and analyse the KPIs of ongoing projects.
* Gather data and conduct statistical analysis to support decision-making.
* Develop business cases that outline best practices and opportunities for improvement.
* Identify key cost areas and track KPIs in line with industry standards and internal benchmarks.
* Work closely with the Store Operations team to ensure approval and implementation of in-store initiatives.
* Liaise with various departments to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.
* Provide training for store staff on the e-commerce platform and multichannel processes.
* Act as a point of contact for resolving any issues or discrepancies within the processes.
* Present project progress and outcomes to key stakeholders.
* Regularly visit retail stores for site assessments and operational checks.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to understand and address customer issues effectively.
* Excellent Excel & Power Points skills are a must.
* Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.
* Strong numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships at all levels of the organisation and with external partners.
