We are recruiting a Pre Construction & Business Development Support Coordinator to join our Building Operating Unit within our preconstruction team. This role will focus on managing the coordination and administration of business development activities, acting as a key point of contact for the Building Operating Unit to support existing and new client relationships.
What you'll do:
1. Responsibility for all co-ordination and maintenance of all matters relating to the CRM database – Salesforce
2. Working closely with the Pre-Construction & Business Development Support Co-ordinator for the Building Services Operating Unit
3. Ensure that all administrative functions of the business development team are carried out in a timely and efficient manner, including working closely with the Preconstruction Coordinator.
4. Act as custodian of any business development and related preconstruction documents and records, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
5. Support with management of data & reporting to enable sales forecasting and relationship management within the OU and to support the OU. PowerBI and Salesforce will be key tools.
6. Organise and support B2B events with key clients.
What you'll bring to the role:
1. Proven track record in a coordinator or administrative role (within the construction sector is desirable)
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Prior experience using Salesforce (desirable)
