About the Role
This is a full-time role for a Sales Advisor at the ATM group. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for engaging with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting sales activities.
Due to significant growth, we are recruiting outstanding individuals to join our existing team who make and receive calls in our Stockport office (SK3 0EY). You will be office-based and we'll provide you with full training to ensure you've got all the tools for success. After completing our comprehensive training programme, you will be able to:
1. Build rapport with your customers on the phone
2. Take ownership of each and every call to maximise opportunity
3. Engage customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs
4. Through effective questioning, you will be able to understand customer needs to deliver great service
5. Update databases with customer details
