A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Support Administrator to join our Wealth Management division in Bolton on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will support the advisers in the provision of financial planning advice to clients both private and corporate.
General Duties:
1. Data input of fact find information and documentation onto the back-office system (INTELLIFLO)
2. Diarising events throughout the business cycle
3. Producing new business packs and preparation for client meetings
4. Producing client portfolio review information and presenting this with meeting packs
5. Ensuring that the back-office system records are fully updated to enable accurate management information and reporting
6. Liaising with providers and clients as required
7. Maintaining training objectives as agreed
8. Maintaining professional and ethical standards in accordance with regulatory principles for business
The Candidate
1. PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF AN ADMIN SUPPORT ROLE WITHIN AN IFA ENVIRONMENT
2. Experience of processing complex cases, including pensions, investments and protection products
3. To be able to work on own initiative with great attention to detail
4. Strong interpersonal skills, drive & energy
5. Motivated by working in a fast-paced environment
6. Organised and able to prioritise
7. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with grade C or above in Maths & English
8. Able to use software packages such as Excel/Word/Outlook
