Job Description Maintenance Engineer / Workshop Engineer / Service Technician required to join a leading electromechanical engineering supplier near Kings Lynn. The Successful Maintenance Engineer / Workshop Engineer / Service Technician will provide electrical and mechanical rewinding of Electric / AC DC Motors at the workshop near Kings Lynn. The Maintenance Engineer / Workshop Engineer / Service Technician will have proven experience of rewinding electrical / AC DC Motors. Package £38,000 - £40,000 Overtime Annual bonus Pension Additional benefits Maintenance Engineer / Workshop Engineer / Service Technician role: Will provide electrical and mechanical rewinding of Electric / AC DC Motors at the workshop near Kings Lynn Also be required to service, maintain, and repair electromechanical pumps, motors, gearboxes, generators, electric motors and similar at the workshop in Sheffield. Will also carry out electrical fault finding, testing, and wiring of electromechanical products such as pumps, valves, electric motors, and more, ensuring all components are correctly fitted and operational before delivery. Identify machinery damage and conduct basic electrical testing. Ability to complete technical documentation as work is progresses. To perform other duties as assigned from time to time and liaise with various engineering departments. Maintenance Engineer / Workshop Engineer / Service Technician Requirements: Experience as a pump engineer, pump fitter, fitter, hydraulic fitter, hydraulic engineer, valve technician, installation engineer, pump installation engineer, mechanical fitter, electro-mechanical fitter, mechanical engineer, service engineer, electrical engineer, workshop engineer, service technician or similar. Must have experience rewinding electric / AC DC Motors. Good electromechanical engineering background such as wiring, circuitry, pumps, gearboxes, valves, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, compressors, generators, or similar electromechanical / rotating machinery products or systems. Will ideally have the experience and ability to conduct testing and control checks on electromechanical machinery such electric motors, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment. An engineering qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree would be advantageous would be advantageous. Willingness to commute to the workshop near Kings Lynn
