Compass Associates is looking for an experienced Governance and Risk Manager to join an independent provider of acute services that operate a national network of healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will possess:

* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and implement effective governance frameworks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation.
* A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate challenges and drive continuous improvement.
* Sufficient exposure to DAYTIX software.
* Experience in complaints management, risk management, CQC, governance, and writing policies.
