Come grow with us Job Summary: Warehouse supervisor will manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The warehouse supervisor's responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation. Safety and managing material handling equipment fleet required. Primary Responsibilities/Activities: - Oversee daily warehouse floor operations in receiving, inventory, picking, inspecting, shipping, workplace safety, and workload of employees. - Ensure all company policies and procedures are enforced, provide corrective actions when necessary, and determine appropriate coaching and corrective actions are required. - Follows and enforces all current general manufacturing procedures (cGMP) and maintains a safe, positive employee environment to ensure all warehouse employees adhere to our safety programs. - Measure, evaluate, and report the effectiveness of warehouse productivity and employee performance through evaluations, walkthroughs, SOPs, and KPIs. Communicate job expectations and coach employees by conducting 1:1s, daily check-ins, and yearly reviews. - Act as a backup support where needed. Ensure proper closing procedures for warehouse building are secure. - Maintain excellent communication and coordination with other departments to ensure order accuracy, meet deadlines, and avoid chargebacks by monitoring safe transportation during transit while meeting quality standards. - Support the inventory control supervisor in maintaining accurate inventory by monitoring product movement and cycle counts. - All other duties as may be assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; College degree preferred 2 years of related work experience in a warehouse, shipping, and receiving as an individual contributor with some leadership experience Specialized knowledge or training: Valid driver’s license, Forklift certification Experienced in FDA/USDA/CGMP regulated facilities Experience with small package shipping, systems, and processes; barcoding is a plus. Experience identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing process improvements. Required MS computer skills Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally Results-orientated and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadlines Proven analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills Flexibility to change based on business strategy and focus.
