Team Leader, Work & Wellbeing
Contract: Permanent, 29.6 hours
Salary: £34,391 per annum, pro rata
Location: Doncaster - community-based.

More about the role:
We are seeking a motivated Team Leader to lead our WorkWell team in Doncaster, to drive performance and deliver a high-quality employment support service. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring staff are supported, key performance indicators are met, and our customers receive the best possible service. The Team Leader will work collaboratively with partners, businesses, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and outcomes for our customers.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead, manage and support a team of Employment Specialists
* Drive performance to achieve key objectives and service outcomes
* Monitor team performance, provide coaching and support professional development
* Develop and implement strategies that drive improvement
* Ensure compliance with relevant policies, behaviours, and funding requirements
* Analyse data and report on key performance indicators
* Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, stakeholders, and partners
* Uphold SYHA behaviours and values.

* The ability to drive improvement through focused performance management
* Ability to build relationships with a wide range of people and stakeholders

* Be willing to work across South Yorkshire as required.
