Pay: We have an excellent pay rate of £13.85 an hour
Contract: Full time 37.5 hours = 3 days per week or Part time 25 hours = 2 days per week
Shift patterns:
* Day shift is 06.45am to 19.15pm
* Early shift is 06.45am to 13.00pm
* Late shift 14:45pm to 21:00pm
* Occasionally - Night shift is 18:45pm – 07:15am
* 4 week rolling rota

Our ideal candidate:
* Dedicated to providing our residents with a high standard of care and support is essential
* Good interpersonal skills and a caring nature
* Good communication and listening skills are essential
* Level 3 in Health and social care preferred but not essential, but must be willing to work towards
* Experience in dispensing medication is preferred
* Be able to lead and support a team
* Good work ethic
* Be able to work on your own but also as part of a team
* Be able to work effectively with colleagues and Line Managers
* Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures
* Willingness to support home in covering extra shifts when needed
* Hardworking and motivated
* Reliable
