Job Title: Project Administrator
Location: Work location is flexible; however, the ability to frequently attend to the Harlow site is essential (2 days a week).
Raytheon UK is seeking a capable and experienced project administrator to support the projects managed within the Weapons Mission Area. The successful candidate will be responsible to the Head of Weapons and will be accountable for providing administrative support for multiple projects and programmes within the Weapons Mission Area. The role will involve communication and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders as well as completion of various administrative tasks using the standard company tools.
Main Duties:
1. Provision of admin support to the Projects within the Weapons Mission Area
2. General office duties including file management and arranging travel within Company Policy.
3. Diary and event coordination including off-site and on-site event management and completion of relevant authorisations
4. Supporting EXIM controls and paperwork for projects within the Weapons Mission Area
5. Booking of travel and managing expenses for PM Staff within the Weapons Mission Area
6. Note taking and action management of meetings
7. Support for meetings and events taking place, e.g. welcoming visitors, preparing meetings rooms, ordering catering, preparing packs.
8. Ensuring all incoming and outgoing post is dealt with in a timely manner
9. Ordering of stationary
10. Other miscellaneous administrative work as required
