We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
2. Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
4. Communicate effectively with customers regarding products, services, and financial information.
5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
6. Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
7. Participate in training sessions to stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements
1. Previous experience in a customer service role.
2. Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
5. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Immediate start.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
