If you have great customer service skills then read on JOB - Assisting in showroom - Answering telephone to take orders and product enquiries - Liaising with customers and offering advice - Processing incoming orders - Processing payments - Ensuring customers receive an outstanding service including greeting when in showroom - Adhoc warehouse duties - Year-end inventory & stock counts CANDIDATE - Friendly, smart and helpful - Excellent telephone manner & customer service skills - Experience with purchase orders, retail, and/or sales (beneficial but not essential) - Computer literate - Some heavy lifting required (up to 25kg)
