The successful candidate will be able to stretch the most talented artists whilst also being able to use a range of strategies to teach across the ability range. The Art department is housed in its own bespoke building with superb resources and facilities.
The Teacher of Art is responsible through the Head of Art, to the Headmaster for the teaching performance and outcomes of their classes according to a set curriculum. The successful candidate will be a very enthusiastic teacher who loves their subject and is eager to develop their craft in the classroom.
A willingness to be involved in the co-curricular and pastoral life of this busy and vibrant School is expected.
