Job Description As a Prison and Community Engagement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in Catch22’s Commissioned Rehabilitative Services (CRS), which includes Personal Wellbeing, Finance Benefit & Debt, and Dependency & Recovery services. Your primary objective will be to generate a steady pipeline of appropriate referrals of People on Probation (POPs) and service users in custody, expanding our reach and improving outcomes in low referral areas. Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining relationships with statutory and non-statutory agencies, third-sector organisations, and voluntary groups to strengthen referral networks. Enhancing Catch22’s profile and maintaining a seamless referral pathway between operational teams and key stakeholders, including HMPPS and Probation Practitioners. Holding a small caseload when required to support CRS teams during peak referral periods. Creating promotional materials, case studies, and best practice guidance to improve service awareness and engagement. Delivering training on best practices for engaging service users in prison and community settings. Developing and maintaining referral and signposting opportunities for service users to improve resettlement outcomes. Representing Catch22 in external meetings to promote service user-centred outcomes and service achievements.
