We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join the team on a full-time basis, supporting autistic pupils in their academic and social development. The Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: ✅ Provide tailored support to students with autism, helping them access learning in a way that meets their individual needs. ✅ Assist in the classroom and in social settings, promoting positive engagement and personal development. ✅ Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. ✅ Use strategies to support emotional regulation and behaviour management. Previous experience working with SEN students is beneficial but not essential – a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
