Accounts Administrator Annual Salary: £25,000 Location: Hexham Job Type: Full-time, Perm My client is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their team. This role involves managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in payments and receipts, and maintaining financial records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proficient in managing multiple tasks efficiently. Day-to-day of the role: Processing receipts and payments from bank accounts. Chasing tenants for unpaid monies. Processing supplier invoices for managed properties. Preparing statements for landlords. Processing and paying our fees. Ensuring all transactions are posted to the systems and resolving any discrepancies with support from the wider team. Processing incoming and outgoing deposits. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in accounts administration or a similar role. Proficiency in financial software and Excel. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
