Our client is a rapidly growing, private equity-backed software company operating in the B2B SaaS space. With recent investment secured, they are entering a period of significant transformation and scale-up, with technology at the heart of their strategy.
As part of this transformation, they are about to undertake a Greenfield implementation of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, and are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join on a contract basis. This is a rare opportunity to help build out a Salesforce instance from the ground up, working alongside a specialist implementation partner and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary Salesforce Admin throughout the Greenfield implementation project
2. Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to gather and refine requirements
3. Liaise with the implementation partner to ensure delivery aligns with business needs
4. Configure Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud to support workflows, automation, custom objects, dashboards, and reports
5. Assist with data migration and validation from legacy systems into Salesforce
6. Support user training and adoption across key departments
7. Manage ongoing administration post-go-live, including user management, troubleshooting, enhancements, and release management
8. Maintain documentation and contribute to best practices and governance processes
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (ideally certified)
2. Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
3. Experience in Greenfield implementations or major Salesforce re-builds
4. Strong stakeholder communication and requirements gathering skills
5. Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
6. Prior experience in B2B SaaS or tech industry (preferred)
