This market leading Independent Pension Trustee firm are looking to hire an experienced Operations Manager to lead the strategic management and development of their Outsourced Pensions Management team.
Based ideally Leeds, Manchester or London you will take responsibility for a multi-located team of Pension Managers.
About the role
You will:
* Contribute to the Strategic Leadership and direction of the team
* Provide effective People Management, setting objective/providing guidance and mentoring etc.
* Take responsibility for recruitment and retention of high-quality team members
* Provide process governance guidance to the team ensuring adherence and compliance in service delivery
About You
You will:
* Possess broad UK pension industry experience (ideally c10 years plus), gained in pension management / actuarial / consulting / scheme secretarial or senior administration operations
* Have a demonstrable track record of managing in a senior strategic and operational leadership role within the UK pension industry
* Be able to manage multiple workflows, budgets and financial performance
