* Shifts available: night: 7 nights on /7 nights off. The working week runs Monday – Sunday evening; 19.00 – 07.00am

As a Night Operations Support Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, where residents are treated with dignity and respect. As a Night OSO you will be working alone on a Residential Houseblock with responsibility for the residents on the Houseblock during your shift. You will create, maintain, and promote an environment which demonstrates an adherence to safety and security. You will be responsible for a roll call and ensuring emergency buzzers are answered quickly and respectfully. As a Night Operations Support Officer, you will be encouraged to build positive relationships with residents.

Getting you up to speed and equipping you with the tools to do your job happens over a five-week training programme. This is where you’ll develop the necessary skills to work independently as an OSO. From shadowing more experienced colleagues, to understanding how to deal with conflict, you’ll be ready and prepared for your Night Shifts!
