The Role The Technology Partner role is expected to work along with Client Partner to advise CXO on new age Architecture, Solution & Engineering to make Customer Technology directorate an effective and efficient organization. A strategic thinker, well versed with market trends, setting the technology vision and steering the Tech team in the right direction. This role is expected to bring Technology leadership within TCS and enhance Technology transformation footprint in the client engagements, differentiating TCS brand. This role will engage with CXOs in Technology consulting and expected to engage in Strategy & Transformation Large Transformation Program – Technology StrategyNext Gen EngineeringTechnology Trend and Insights Key responsibilities: Strategy & Organization Transformation Work with customer CTO, CDEO and other CXOs to support them in their technology strategy and thought leadership, e.g. setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company to drive the transformation in an efficient manner. Work with account leadership to elevate technology leadership within the accounts, showcasing TCS power and to be referred to as “Trusted Advisors” to further grow. Collaborate with TCS cross functional colleagues (e.g., BTAG, TEG, Innovation) and senior leadership on executing organization strategy across technology, learning & development, talent pool and culture change and client offerings. Work with TCS G&T & Innovation network and other relevant FinTech’s deemed suitable to provide joint cutting-edge solutions, which allow TCS to collaborate and bring uniqueness to existing new clients. Work with TCS senior leadership on creating a go-to market strategic plan for short, medium, and long term. Chief Architect – Consulting & Advisory Engage in interim roles and develop strong relationships across client c-suite and decision makers and influencers. Engage with customer CTOs and Chief Architects to understand their technology strategy and provide inputs to further improve the roadmap and execution flow. Work with account teams / client partner on presenting delivery successes in transparent, strong, and positive way to drive growth and quality of business and future pipeline. Outline the goals for Innovation, research, and development. Large Transformation Program – Technology Strategy Strategies and lead the technology shaping of large Transformation Programme with customers so that the technology solution meets Customer’s objectives. Collaborate with account architect team and show the big picture so that everyone is aligned for a common goal for success. Develop and nurture strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth engagement. Provide effective leadership and support so that the change vision is delivered using innovative technology solutions Technology Trend and Insights Conduct our own research and work with TCS colleagues on producing actionable market intelligence on opportunities within the industry, clients and technological trends and potential offerings which TCS can capitalize upon. Drive the Technology strategy and solution roadmap of new areas for growth Gain intelligence on client technology spend and strategies to penetrate and gain more wallet-share for TCS Work with existing new clients on providing them with market trends and insights into technological changes, TCS perspectives, roundtable events (TCS & Partners) where we can further develop relationships, untapped opportunities and TCS brand. Your Profile Key skills/knowledge/experience: Ability to interact at senior levels, and executive levels C suite & leadership teams. Ability to advice the customer CXOs at a level that is required before introducing SMEs. Prior experience of Technology Leadership roles Very good grip on technology trends Expertise in leading technology strategy/solution for large deals and advising solutioning team. Good connects in the service industry and in the geography. Ability to work with diverse TCS teams in various service lines, across multiple time zones. Strong Communications written & spoken with confidence to explain complex ideas to technology, business & C-suite clients.
