* Paying £60,000 - £80,000 per annum + Commission, Pension and Benefits

With a proven approach, they offer comprehensive insurance solutions for businesses of all sizes—from sole traders to large national companies—while also providing dedicated personal insurance services throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and maintaining a personal pipeline of new business opportunities.
* Providing clients with expert advice on new business quotations, coverage options, and guiding them through to renewals.
* Working closely with clients to expand and optimize their coverage, ensuring they have the appropriate protection.
* Collaborating with the broking and support teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
* Actively negotiating with underwriters to secure the best possible terms for clients.
* Managing all cases in a compliant, timely manner.
* Meeting and maintaining income and retention targets.
* Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives and supporting the development of colleagues.
* Assisting with renewals and policy adjustments as needed.
Required Experience & Skills:
* A solid background in the commercial insurance market, with a desire for a long-term role in a company that offers support and opportunities for growth.
* Strong skills in communication (verbal, written, video), negotiation, influencing, sales, stakeholder management, delegation, and IT.
* A client-focused mindset, confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, particularly at the board level.
* A full, valid driving licence is required.
