What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Client Experience Consultant:
Responding to online and telephone customer enquiries
Develop and nurture strong client/owner relationships
Ensure website listings, pricings and availability remain updated and accurate
Provide guests with an exceptional experience
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Client Experience Consultant:
Attitude is everything, however exposure to working within luxury brands/markets would be advantageous
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
First class written and verbal communication, excellent numeracy skills
