Specialist Business Support Officer - Enforcement Administrator
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Wirral's Attendance Service. This is your chance to join an ambitious, professional, and accountable Attendance Team. As a team we need to improve attendance levels in Wirral's Schools through support and challenge.
About the candidate:
As an Enforcement Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Enforcement Lead in all aspects of work to enforce the law around school attendance including dealing with enquiries from the public, schools, Local Authority colleagues, and other agencies both on the telephone and in person. You will be required to complete all administration duties regarding the issuing and administrating of Education Penalty Notices, School Attendance Orders, Education Supervision Orders, and preparation of witness statements and court summonses, in relation to school attendance. You will be required to input relevant data with speed and accuracy to meet all deadlines such as, keeping a record of all court outcomes and notifying schools of these outcomes.
