My client is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Interim Junior HR Advisor to join their fast-paced HR Team for a 6-month interim assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior HR Advisor looking to gain additional exposure in HR within a large, fast-paced commercial organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage low-level Employee Relations (ER) cases, including disciplinaries, sickness absence, performance management, and flexible working requests.
2. Support with collating data and conducting data analysis for changes to the bonus scheme and pay negotiations.
3. Maintain and update all HR trackers to ensure accurate and timely information.
4. Provide comprehensive HR administrative support across various functions.
5. The role is hybrid 3 days a week in the Milton Keynes office and 2 days working from home. Travelling will be required to the Bicester or Birmingham office about once a week.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Experience at Junior HR Advisor or HR Co-ordinator level.
2. Proven ability to manage low-level ER cases.
3. Strong HR administration skills, ideally within a large, fast-paced commercial organisation.
4. Excellent organisational and data analysis skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
