The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Building Division and lead a project in Belfast. You will play a crucial role in overseeing daily site operations, ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. We’re looking for a candidate with a strong drive to excel and deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
* Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Monitor project progress, swiftly identifying and addressing any challenges.
* Maintain clear communication and alignment among project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
* Inspire and lead on-site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
* Oversee site documentation, including permits, drawings, and progress reports.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices to enhance site performance.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and best practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
* Proficiency in project management software.
* Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid).
