As a Treasury Assistant at PIB Group you will be supporting the administration of the Treasury functions, including credit cards and expenses, assisting with the processing of supplier & expense payments, Credit card and expenses control and liaising with employees on queries.This is a permanent opportunity based in our Retford office with free onsite carparking, offering a standard 35 hour working week. Hybrid working is also offered on completion of training. Responsibilities:
1. To produce and load payments onto the range of banks utilised by the PIB Group/and use of the Treasury Management System, including monitoring and confirming payment.
2. Monitor, process and report the credit card spend for the corporate card users in the Group, issue monthly statements and administer the users
