Architect / Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant - Greater London
Permanent - 9 day fortnight
£35-45k
Are you an Architect looking to take the next step in responsibility for delivering exciting projects, or a Part 2 Architectural Assistant seeking hands-on experience in the technical and construction stages? This could be the perfect opportunity for you!
A bespoke, design-focused practice based on the outskirts of London, away from hustle and bustle of the city - is looking to expand its small, friendly studio by bringing on board an enthusiastic and talented individual to join their team. From new private homes to listed buildings, this practice is known for its high-quality design and attention to detail.
What they are looking for:
* A creative Architect or experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant with excellent design skills and a keen eye for detail.
* A passion for working on a diverse range of projects, including high-end residential work and bespoke elements.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD (training available).
* Experience working on UK residential projects, with an emphasis on bespoke design elements.
* For the Architect role, you will need to be self-directed, a problem solver, and have proven experience running small projects from concept to completion, including client-facing responsibilities and managing client expectations.
What they can offer you:
* The opportunity to be part of a small, dynamic team dedicated to delivering beautifully crafted architecture.
* A creative, collaborative work environment where you will have the opportunity to be involved in all project stages, including construction.
* A salary equal to or above the RIBA salary guidelines (dependent on experience), plus an annual bonus.
* A nine-day fortnight working schedule to support a healthy work-life balance.
* Financial support for Part 2 students to complete their studies.
If this sounds like the right fit for you and you would like to be part of a growing team that values career development and a collaborative approach to design, we'd love to hear from you!
