ABOUT THE ROLE
My client is a leading name in the sector, known for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. They are currently looking for a skilled Sub Agent to join their team and contribute to the success of their projects.
Project Management: Oversee and manage various aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, including engineers and site staff, to achieve project goals and maintain high levels of productivity and morale.
Site Operations: Coordinate site activities, monitor progress, and implement strategies to address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
Health and Safety: Prioritize and enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
Client Communication: Maintain strong and positive relationships with clients, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns or queries in a timely manner.
Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the construction process.
Cost Management: Work closely with the project team to monitor and control project costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Sub Agent or similar role in the construction industry.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Thorough knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
6. Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure.
7. Proficient in project management software and tools.
