As our next Assistant Front Office Manager, you will
* Help to Lead, motivate and coach the front office team to ensure the hotel standards are delivered to meet customer satisfaction and audit targets
* Do Duty management shifts
* Exceed the departmental targets
* Identify new opportunities in order to increase profit contributions and cost control
* Actively participate in any revenue and sales activities operated by head office plus any specific operational activities
* Recruit and train new staff
* Deal with guest enquiries and resolving customer complaints

By joining us as an Assistant Front Office Manager, you will become part of a friendly team of 170 talents. Our hotel offers 630 spacious rooms and 33 dedicated conference, meeting and events spaces suitable for 1 to 2,000 people, no other venue in London is as well-equipped or as flexible.
To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess,
Minimum one years experience as Reception Manager in an similar property or a very well rounded Front Office Manager
Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player
Self-motivated and good organisational skill
Experience desirable in Opera Cloud
You must be legally eligible to work in UK.
