R13 Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Insurance Account Manager to join a brilliant organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a number of client accounts, providing exceptional client services and retaining and growing accounts.
This is a full-time, permanent role working on a flexible hybrid basis (this can be flexible on location), and is offering a competitive salary based on experience.
The day to day
1. Overseeing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction to encourage client retention.
2. Analysing client accounts and actively seeking opportunities for client growth.
3. Researching and developing business proposals to deliver to new and existing clients.
4. Liaising with departments to ensure a comprehensive and compliant service delivery.
You will have/be
1. At least 5 years experience in an account management role, ideally holding a Dip CII or ACII Qualification.
2. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and ability to build strong working relationships with both clients and internal teams.
3. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy and diverse workload.
