Communities for Work Plus is a Welsh Government programme tackling poverty through sustainable employment by providing intensive employment mentoring and support. Supported by Welsh Government funds, C4W+ delivers mentoring and employment support services in Torfaen and other boroughs across Wales. The programme aims to reduce the number of 16-24 year olds who are NEET and to increase employability among short-term unemployed, economically inactive, and long-term unemployed adults facing complex barriers to employment.
