Responsibilities:
1. Support students in the classroom with their mental health.
2. Help students process and regulate their emotions stemming from childhood trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression.
3. Shadow the class teacher and assist with general classroom duties.
4. Collaborate with like-minded professionals in the education and mental health field.
Requirements:
1. Open-minded, resilient, confident, and determined to help others.
2. Flexible and able to adapt to the needs of each child.
3. Previous experience with children with mental health needs is desirable but not essential.
4. A good attitude and passion for making a difference are most important.
5. Eligibility to work in the UK.
6. Must have a DBS or be willing to obtain one.
