Summary
We have 2 new vacancies for LTQR (Life Time Quality Records) Technicians, or individuals with a similar background, to join us in the Plymouth office and surrounding sites. The main purpose of the role is to ensure site-based LTQR management activities are carried out in accordance with approved processes and procedures.
The role requires security clearance, or that security clearance is obtained within the probationary period. Therefore, we can only consider applications from British Nationals.
Main Duties:
* Review incoming and outgoing documents for compliance with Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) / LTQR requirements.
* Prepare LTQR document packs for review and sign-off by all internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain trackers to facilitate data reports on document status for the PM / QA Manager.
* Lead the production of LTQR handover packs in line with project requirements.
* Review LTQRs for accuracy and content adequacy to support the compilation of lifetime records, including the Comment Report Matrix (CRM).
Requirements:
* Excellent IT skills and experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS) and associated metadata.
* Experience with EDMS automation systems and record control.
* Good communication skills at all levels.
* Understanding and adherence to processes.
* Experience within the Building Services Industry.
* Qualifications in Engineering or Computer disciplines, such as ONC / HNC / HND (or equivalent experience).
* Experience working in regulated environments.
