The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks within the service department.
Assemble and organise client policy information.
Correspond with policy providers and clients.
Submit new business.
Facilitate the annual review process for clients.
Process new client information for report meetings.
Use Analytics, Prestwood, and Microsoft Office to provide clients with investment performance overviews (training provided).
Basic administrative duties.
Essential Skills
Preferred: 3+ years in administration within the financial sector.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Punctual, reliable, and dependable.
Ability to work in a team and handle a busy environment.
Superb customer service skills and professional telephone manner.
Strong IT skills in MS Word and Excel.
Additional Information
The annual salary depends on your level of experience, additional discretionary bonus, Monday to Friday, office based.
