About the role
As the Associate Marketing Manager for Digital Performance Marketing, you will play a key role in driving conversions and delivering valuable campaign insights to support the development, execution, and management of omnichannel paid media strategies. These strategies will span across Amazon, Zalando, and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platforms within the EMEA region for multiple brands. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, and collaborating closely with the eCommerce and eTail Sales teams, your primary goal is to elevate the online business share through optimized, cross-channel paid media campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include the creation and management of media campaigns, crafting creative briefs for agencies, analyzing campaign performance through detailed reports (including dashboards), and driving optimization initiatives in partnership with key digital platforms both externally and internally. Platforms you will work with include Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Ads and DSP), Zalando ZMS, Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Bing.
What you’ll do in the role
Omni-channel view:
* For the brands available on two or more platforms, develop and own Online omni-channel Paid Media strategies (incl. brand/platform specific ROAS targets) together with the channel owners and central marketing teams. Ensure best possible Paid Media budget allocation.
Maximize share of search (SoS) and media CVR/ROAS on eTail platforms:
* Develop and deploy channel specific paid media strategy/tactics to maximize paid media performance on the relevant eTail platforms.
Online Sales Performance:
* Ensure the excellent performance of the online sales business by working with key internal stakeholders and external digital agencies.
Agency/partner management:
* Foster strong relationships with our external digital partners, always ensuring that they perform according to expectations.
* Proactively investigate new agency partners when/if necessary.
Campaign Management:
* Prepare and brief new campaigns to external digital partners, ensuring all digital assets are provided for successful campaign execution across various channels.
Sales Target Achievement:
* Assist in achieving total online and platform specific sales targets on a seasonal and annual basis, identifying additional opportunities for growth.
Media KPIs:
* Track and report on all relevant Paid Media KPIs across relevant channels.
* Manage & collaborate with the channel heads and Senior Marketing Manager on forecasting/planning the online paid media campaigns and relevant reporting.
* Manage agency/media specific budgets incl raising of Purchase Orders.
* Work, share, and present to cross-functional teams to support shaping strong media tactics and execution.
What will help you do the job well
Essential:
* University degree (technical fields) in Marketing/Digital Marketing or equivalent.
* 5+ Years of experience in a Performance marketing position within a similar industry and managing a comparable budget.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written), French a plus.
