We are now recruiting for Administration Consultants to join our customer service contact centre based at our UK flagship office in Leyland, supporting our B2B brands.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and exciting industry where no 2 days are quite the same. In this role, you will service after-sales enquiries from our travel agent partners providing the excellent service that they expect from us.
Our customer service team is dedicated and passionate about supporting our travel agent partners, going the extra mile, and making them and their customers feel valued at each step of their journey and make us stand out from the crowd.
Day to day, you will be responsible for supporting our travel agent partners and providing great after-sales care both over the phone, via live-chat, and email. This will include:
1. Making changes to a customer’s holiday
2. Answering invoice & commission queries
3. Adding special requests to bookings
4. Holiday cancellations and assistance requests
5. Booking special meals & prebooking seats on flights
6. General customer service enquiries
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7, between 9am and 9pm.
The starting salary is £23,419.50, increasing up to £24,669.50 as you complete modules in our training programme over the next 18 months.
To be considered for this role, you need to have the following:
1. GCSE/’O’ levels in Maths & English language grade 9-4/A*-C or equivalent
2. Customer Service experience – ideally in a contact centre environment
3. IT literate
4. Travel industry experience - desirable
5. Customer focused
6. Attention to detail
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and remain calm
9. Passionate about travel
10. Numerate
