A rare opportunity has arisen for a qualified nurse to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated nurse with a commitment to delivering world-class patient care and with a particular interest in Respiratory Medicine.
Our ward provides care for patients with Respiratory illness including, COPD, Asthma, Bronchiectasis, Lung Cancer. We also manage patients with Chest drains, Tracheostomies and End of Life Palliation.
In addition, our ward is North West Midlands Area Cystic Fibrosis Unit, caring for adult cystic fibrosis patients following their transition from the paediatric unit. The ward team has excellent support from the multi disciplinary team and we have strong links with both the hospital respiratory nurse specialists and community staff to ensure best treatment and continuity. The ward has a dynamic workforce with a fantastic team working ethic, and is committed to supporting and developing our staff. Opportunities for training and other development activities will be provided for the successful candidates.
