We are looking to welcome an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant, who can manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding them with our clients. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships with both candidates and employers, ensuring alignment with Boost Talent's values and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
2. End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the full recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
3. Candidate Management: Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles. Provide coaching and mentoring to candidates, including CV and LinkedIn profile optimisation.
