Vivid Technology is exclusively recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager (Europe) on behalf of a leading provider of private wireless and enterprise connectivity solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join a high-growth, innovative company at the forefront of private 5G, secure networks, and next-generation wireless solutions.
Our client is looking for a strategic and results-driven individual to lead sales efforts across Europe, focusing on developing key partnerships and growing channel sales. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding market reach by working closely with System Integrators, Service Providers, and other key industry players.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue growth by identifying and building strategic partnerships with key market players.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to support long-term business growth.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing high-value deals.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, from technical teams to C-level executives.
* Maintain CRM discipline, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and reporting.
* Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets through structured sales planning.
* Work closely with internal teams, including product management and engineering, to align solutions with market needs.
What Our Client is Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience in enterprise connectivity solutions sales (wireless/5G experience is an advantage).
* Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies in high-growth environments.
* Experience building strong partnerships with System Integrators and Service Providers.
* Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage at all levels, from technical specialists to senior executives.
* Experience with proposals, quotations, and competitive bids.
* Bachelor’s degree required; fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
