Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Salary: £12.90 - £13.50 Per hour Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Job Description: Job Duties: - Assist in the support and education of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) - Work closely with teachers to implement individual education plans for students - Provide one-to-one support to students as needed - Assist in creating a positive learning environment for students with SEN - Help students with daily tasks and activities Required Qualifications: - A relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Education - Experience working with children or young adults with SEN - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Patience and empathy when working with students Education: - Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Experience: - Previous experience working in a school or educational setting Knowledge and Skills: - Understanding of SEN strategies and interventions - Ability to work effectively as part of a team - Strong organisational skills - Ability to adapt to the individual needs of students with SEN Preferred Qualifications: - Additional training or qualifications in SEN support Working Conditions: - Part-Time hours - Temporary position - Work in a school setting with students with SEN - Supportive and collaborative work environment All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
