Requirements Description and Requirements Commence your career with us in January 2025, interviews are to take place through November The Team You Will Join The Marketing & Events role is a new role in the UK Marketing team and will be key to supporting the marketing and sales teams with the delivery of marketing, communication, and events in the UK. The Opportunity The Marketing and Events Executive will work closely with the Marketing team and Communications Manager to support marketing delivery, especially content and presentations, organise and manage events, and support our sales teams with their external presence. Stakeholder management, creativity, and excellent organisational abilities will be key to success in this role. Some UK travel and occasional overnight stays will be required as part of event delivery. How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities) Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events, such as webinars, trade shows, conferences, and internal events. Assist in the development and implementation of content across a variety of mediums, including presentations, social media updates, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives. Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials and event promotions. Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials for events, including invitations, agendas, and follow-up communications. Own the internal approval process to ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activity and events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Help maintain and update the company's website and social media channels with fresh and engaging content. Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed. What You Need To Succeed (Required Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in content creation and event coordination. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with ability to make/contribute to recommendations, prioritise, manage and track multiple projects Team player, who is able to work independently to keep projects moving Ability to interface effectively with people and build strong relationships Can-do spirit and ability to work and thrive in an evolving and fast-paced results-driven environment Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail What Can Give You An Edge (Additional Skills) Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
