* Develop expertise in Excel, VBA, and Mercer’s in-house technology.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver streamlined services.
* Manage and support junior colleagues, including performance reviews and personal development.
* Gain skills in consulting aspects of GMP projects and maintain client contact.
What is in it for you:
* Exceptional training and development opportunities.
* Challenging, friendly, and diverse work environment.
* Competitive salary and flexible working, including remote options.
* Support for professional exams and ongoing education.
* Wide range of services and career opportunities.
* 25 days holiday, with options to buy/sell additional days.
* Benefits including pension, private medical insurance, income protection, and more.
What you need to have:
* Degree in a numerical or semi-numerical field.
* Qualified or part-qualified actuary.
* Understanding of UK DB pension schemes and benefit calculations.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* Teamwork and collaboration skills.
* Attention to detail and IT skills, especially Excel.
What will make you stand out:
