Job introduction Legal Support Officer Brighton & Hove City Council Permanent contract, 37 hours p/week Salary £28,163 - £32,654 Closing date: Thursday 20 th March 2025 Interview date: week commencing 31 st March 2025 We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated person with excellent organisational and admin skills to work as a Legal Support Officer/Paralegal in the Legal Services Housing and Litigation Team. This is a friendly and very busy team supporting client departments across the Council. The role requires working at least 3/4 days in the office at Hove Town Hall with some flexibility to work from home on other days. The breadth and range of work is extensive, and you will also routinely work closely with other legal teams in legal services. Utilising technology, including the use of AI, will be a central part of your role. Experience of working in a legal environment is an advantage but not essential.
