Radis Community Care are actively recruiting for a Service Manager to join the team at Milton Village, Portsmouth.
About Milton Village
Milton Village in Portsmouth has 65 one or two bedroom extra care flats on three sites, designed for those who need personal care and support with daily living. Facilities include a hairdressing salon, gardens, and communal dining rooms, with our care team available on-site 24/7 to provide residents peace of mind and individual support.
About the Role
As a Service Manager, you will be registered with CQC and responsible for:
* Supporting on-site teams to ensure they have everything needed to complete their duties
* Working alongside Social Services, Contract Commissioners, and other Health professionals to ensure all contractual requirements are met
* Conducting service monitoring to ensure a high level of care is delivered
* Completing support functions such as Payroll, Recruitment, and other key activities
* Liaising with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction with the service
* Ensuring all CQC requirements are met
About You
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering high standards of quality care that we would all want our own families to receive. You should have at least 2 years of experience in the Health & Social Care Sector with previous Management Experience, and ideally be working towards or already hold your NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
Salary & Hours
The salary for this role is £32,000 per annum, with hours of Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00. However, there may be times when you need to be available for emergency on-call duties or other schemes of work to meet service needs.
