Express Recruitment’s Executive Search division are proud to be working with a leading business in the FMCG sector who have ambitious growth plans over the coming years. They are looking to recruit a Senior Account Manager to play a vital role in driving business growth in the UK and across Europe.
Working in a small-knit team and line managing two Sales Executives, the successful candidate will take accountability for managing a portfolio of accounts based in the UK and Europe, whist proactively growing the base of accounts through the use of creative sales methods.
Experience within FMCG is ideal, with a good understanding of margins and the ability to effectively grow account spend through nurturing and building relationships with key stakeholders.
There is an excellent benefits package on offer including a basic salary of up to £50k, an OTE of £10k, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, expensed travel when meeting customers, and excellent training opportunities. This is a fully office-based position based near Newark.
