We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leisure Club Manager to join our team. As a Leisure Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our leisure club, ensuring that the facility is well-maintained, and providing excellent customer service to our members.
Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the leisure club, including the management of staff and facilities.
* Ensuring that the facility is well-maintained and that all equipment is in good working order.
* Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the leisure club.
* Providing excellent customer service to members and ensuring their needs are met.
* Promoting and selling memberships and services to prospective members.
* Managing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Conducting regular staff meetings and providing training and development opportunities for staff.
* Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times.
* Preparing and managing budgets and financial reports.
* Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports as required.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience working as a Leisure Club Manager or in a similar role.
* A degree or diploma in leisure management, sports management, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to lead and motivate a team of staff.
* A good understanding of health and safety guidelines and procedures.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
