A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced, enthusiastic person to join the the ImpACT+ community respiratory team as a Admin Team Leader.
The ImpACT+ service delivery specialist respiratory services to patients in Southern Derbyshire. Based at the Florence Nightingale Community Hospital we work with Primary and Secondary care to deliver the best possible treatments for patients with chronic respiratory disease. The service works flexibly to provide treatments across a range of satellite clinic locations as well as domiciliary visits and weekly virtual MDT's with Primary care.
The ImpACT+ team is multi disciplinary consisting of Respiratory Consultants, Physiotherapists, Specialist Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Fitness Instructors, Clinical Assistants and Administrators.
You will join an established and valued admin team of Band 3's and Band 2's to support the service by supporting and co-ordinating administrative procedures across the admin team to ensure a highly effective service for patients.
You will need to have excellent communication and relationship skills to both work within the admin team and interact with clinicians and patients on a daily basis. You will be a visible a leader and enthusiastic with highly developed problem solving skills.
Your main duties will be:
• Reviewing,Implementing and developing admin protocols and processes.
• Managing our administration staff. Including involvement in HR processes.
• Waiting List management.
• Supporting in the delivery of training and developing our admin teams.
• Collaborative working with both clinical and non clinical colleagues to develop our Service needs
• Ensuring admin process run smoothly across the team.
• Support the delivery of admin processes as needed as part of the team.
• Having an active role in adding clinic ledgers to an electronic patient system
• Co-ordinating and supporting admin processes within the team.
