Property Portfolio Manager – Clarkston, Glasgow (Full Time)
This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to promote Clyde’s unique approach and Best Estate Agent Guide 2024 award winning service. We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, organised, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business.
Acting as first point of contact for Landlord clients and Tenants, the role is primarily customer focused on the telephone as well as answering online enquiries (emails and Fixflo repair management software) as well as in person in the office. The primary duties of the role are to professionally and swiftly arrange reactive repairs and maintenance with in house and third party Contractors during a tenancy, as well as dealing with the end of tenancy ‘Check Out’ vacate process. This will involve liaising with Landlords clients and Tenants and Contractors about any required works at the end of a tenancy and any subsequent deposit deductions.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a highly organised and positive attitude, strong work ethic, great communication skills and most importantly be able to cope with the busy and varied nature of property management. Strong IT skills are a must.
Previous letting experience would be preferred.
Candidates who have achieved the Propertymark; Scottish Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management would be in a very strong position.

35 hours per week
