Responsibilities:
1. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for delivering campaigns for Veolia UK's portfolio of products and services aimed at specific target markets.
2. Manage a small team of 2 people while building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders in the wider business.
3. Maintain collaboration with the marketing operations team.
4. Project own dynamic and innovative campaigns to a specific demographic of customers.
5. Drive growth whilst mentoring your team to be high performers.
6. Work towards the 12-month marketing strategy plans to ensure the objectives are met within the Transactional and Products team.
7. Research to keep on top of trends, challenges, and opportunities within the sector.
8. Liaise with key stakeholders through the marketing campaigns.
9. Network with peers to ensure a streamlined customer experience.
10. Drive our sustainability message via campaigns.
What are we looking for?
1. Managing a longstanding strategy.
2. Multi-channel marketing experience, with more emphasis on digital skills.
3. Experience in copywriting and publishing content.
4. An understanding of marketing tools to improve customer experience.
5. Experience in developing creative content, videos, collateral, podcasts.
6. Salesforce or CRM experience.
7. Understanding of a brand and how it can be perceived in the target market through appropriate advertising.
