* Mathematics and English at GCSE level or functional skills level 2
Desirable criteria
* Understanding of basic professional purchasing principles & procurement technology
* Training for computer skills
Experience
Essential criteria
* Experience of working in an office environment
Desirable criteria
* Experience of working in a purchasing/invoice environment
* Experience of working in a pharmaceutical environment
Skills and Knowledge
Essential criteria
* Computer literacy & keyboard skills (including use of all common Microsoft office programs)
Desirable criteria
* Knowledge of Pharmacy & Homecare
* Understanding of systems used for pharmaceutical ordering, receipt & stock control

Essential criteria
* Able to work with a high level of concentration and attention to detail to operate on screen computerised ordering system
* Ability to cope with large unpredictable workloads in a timely, efficient and reliable manner.
